Ayers Meetings & Events, Inc. provides planning services for meetings, events, and group travel. While the spectrum of planning services is varied, the core of those services remains the same and has become the strength of our agency- negotiating, organizing, budgeting, hospitality, and creativity. Ayers Meetings and Events, Inc. is passionate about the quality of work and attention to detail it provides.

Gerri Ayers first launched the agency as Travel by Ayers in 1982, specializing in incentive and group travel. The primary focus was to develop effective marketing plans that increased customer company sales by offering group travel as an incentive, and to design a spectacular trip that created the incentive. Travel packages incorporated themed events, team building activities, meeting planning, and awards ceremonies. Facing a recession in the late 1980’s, the company’s focus shifted to planning meetings, training courses, exhibitions and conferences, primarily in the pipeline industry. By 2003, after experiencing substantial growth, the company extended its event planning services to include social galas, weddings, and a variety of celebrations. The company name was then changed to Ayers Meetings and Events, Inc. In its 27 years, Ayers Meetings and Events, Inc. has been fortunate to be blessed with a dedicated team and valued clients, who have contributed to its success and growth.
